Started doing intermittent fasting this week & so far I've managed to cut down to only eating every 45 minutes. You can't rush into these things. #babysteps

Who said hard work doesnโt pay off? Iโve grafted non-stop for years working, quoting, invoicing, barely sleeping, blood, sweat and tears and 100s of happy customers later. Today I finally treated myself. I ordered that yellow skip and had a clear out. Hard work = rewards

Social media is full of posts about #firework issues, the majority of people in the comments are fed up and want something done to stop #firework antisocial behaviour, stop stressing their pets, stop impacting on wildlife or just get some peace back to their neighbourhoods. Ifโฆ
Ban fireworks. Just fucking ban them. There is no need for them. If your argument is โbut bonfire nightโ then you need to read the name of the celebration again. BONFIRE NIGHT. Nowhere does it mention fireworks.
