The @StarTribune has identified the man shot and killed by ICE agents Saturday as Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident and American citizen. Police Chief Brian O’Hara has confirmed he had a legal permit to carry. startribune.com/ice-raids-minn…
