Children in Bangladesh including adolescents are better protected from all forms of violence, abuse, exploitation, neglect, and harmful traditional practices.
This morning, the MoU signing between the Department of Law, University of Chattogram & the SARC Project @MoLJPABD, with🤝@UNICEFBD took place at the Faculty Auditorium. The collaboration aims to equip graduates with expertise in child rights, restorative justice, and protection.
By including the Children Act 2013 in the curriculum, future lawyers, judges & policymakers will learn to deliver justice for children, focusing on: ✅ Protection ✅ Rehabilitation ✅ Development This paves the way for a more child-centred legal system across 🇧🇩. W/ @Sida
