It's pretty jarring to sit in the mini-park, remembering the sea of parking that once was there. The commercial structures and some parking were improved - and small businesses remain, but now there are new homes, open spaces, walkways, gardens and spaces for nonprofit partners
La Placita Cinco is officially opened! A huge shout out to Community Development Partners, Mercy House LC, TCA Architects, City of Santa Ana, Walton Construction, and everyone else who helped make this permanent supportive housing. #affordablehousing
