SDRs are measured on meetings booked. but respected for qualified ones. Put quality on your AEs’ calendars. Hit your quota, but build your brand by booking meetings that matter. Make champions out of your AEs and your name will grow fast.

working the same book of 250 accounts since Jan 1. Still hitting quota. if they gave me our worst reps book i’d be living large.
As a BDR in my first year. 112% quota for Q2 (summer…) - outperforming team avg 49% 125% quota for Q3 out preforming team average of ~60% bosses ask what i do different? i can’t answer without just thinking out working everyone 2.5k dials a month is the floor
tech sales is quite literally the easiest job. wake up, roll over open the laptop. send a couple emails. go to gym come home cold call. write follow up emails. book meetings. get paid.
