Part 3/4 @Native_Union Terrible....you sent me confirmation that a charger was sent. Then when I ask for tracking you tell me it's out of stock. Why can I still buy it on your stores website? You tell me I can purchase an item of same value but your 3 in 1 chargers range so wide.
Part 2/3 @Native_Union Thanks for making me jump through all the hoops of uploading videos of my phone not charging. I provided proof of purchase and a valid warranty. I had to continue following up with your bad customer service rep.
Part 1/3 @Native_Union is ignoring it's own 1 year guarantee. I purchased a charging device in October. This is an example of the length of wait and follow up I had to deal with their customer service.
