Having previously announced that Bittrex U.S. filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, we have obtained permission from the court to allow customers that meet the necessary regulatory requirements to access their accounts and withdraw remaining assets until August 31st, 2023. (1/2)

(1/2) Given the banking issues over the past week, Bittrex would like to notify our customers that the SVB and Signature Bank events will not affect our customers’ ability to deposit and withdraw fiat funds to and from their Bittrex accounts.
(2/2) Bittrex customer funds are held at other regulated financial institutions and remain secure and available. We will continue to monitor banking risks in order to best serve our customers and maintain normal operations.
(1/3) Given Silvergate Bank’s recent announcement that they will be winding down their operations, Bittrex has begun transitioning deposits made by our customers to our other partner financial institutions.
(2/3) Because Bittrex maintains accounts with various financial institutions, we do not anticipate any impact to our customers’ ability to deposit and withdraw fiat funds to and from their Bittrex accounts.
(3/3) Our customers’ funds remain secure and available. We would like to thank Silvergate for its many years of partnership with Bittrex, and wish the best to their affected employees and customers.
