Reeves getting ready to increase taxes to fund extra defence spending. Since Labour's commitment to raise core defence spending to 3.5% seemed to be slipping off the agenda, this will be a relief to all those Brits and allies who have no illusions about Putin's intentions.
A message mainly for the markets? Plenty of references to reducing debt, both in her headline and in the fairly dull speech. Markets don't mind dull.
