If our Christianity causes kids to go hungry, the sick to go without healthcare, the stranger to be unwelcome, the elderly on social security to be called a “parasite,” all while billionaires get richer, we’ve profoundly misunderstood the most basic elements of Jesus’ teachings.
AIDS deaths and starvation rising in Africa... hospitals closing in refugee camps in Thailand... kids watching their grandparents being dragged away in the US. It shouldn't be controversial to say that any movement that brings "bad news to the poor" is not a Christian movement.
If this was Biden, conservative evangelicals would be outraged. Where are they now? We have a megalomaniac in the white house who thinks he is god and white evangelicals are eating it up.
At Mar-a-Lago, a bizarre, golden-hoofed goat idol is on display. The idol is wrapped in Trump $100 bills that say, “In Trump we Trust,” replacing God with Trump. The idols’ base says, “I love you” along with Trump’s signature.
If you share a slogan with these folks... or a tattoo with a mass shooter targeting immigrants... it might be time to rethink some things.

The reason all moral arguments fail against Trump when talking to right-wingers is that despite things like, racism, blatant lying, multiple affairs, misogyny, felonies, and yes… even rape… none of these things are as evil in their minds as abortion.
