The solar water pumping system at Ngoualana Village (near Bougouni Project) was inoperable for the last 4 months, with locals forced to walk 4km for water. To resolve this, Kodal ordered a replacement water pump & additional solar capacity with installation completed last week.
Kodal has provided funding to employ a full time school teacher at Kola-Sokoura - the village closest to our Bougouni #Lithium Project. We also provided school kits including books and stationery. Its part of Kodal’s #ESG strategy to support the communities in which we operate
