Gutted that my parents had such an abysmal experience travelling transatlantic with @AerLingus to visit family. Should’ve been an amazing experience and was anything but! Delays, additional baggage charges & poor customer experience when engaged with them after arriving home

Still smarting after appalling service from Aer Lingus. This is not a 4* service provider, never in a month of Sundays. For four hour delay they offered inedible crisps coated in an orange goo. Will never use Aer Lingus again where there are alternative carriers. Rubbish Service
