Excellent presentation on the shortlisted book, "The Lighthouse", by pupils @BryanstonPrep Y 7/8 pupils at WABA event. We had a fantastic time at WABA 2024! Over 90 pupils attended. Winner is "This Book Kills" @RavenaGuron We enjoyed a great author talk @suecheungstory

I'm doing a blog for @Booktrust about LIFE-CHANGING CHILDREN'S BOOKS. Which books have you seen turn kids into readers? I want all sorts of books (fiction, non-fiction, poetry, comics etc) especially books that engaged kids who struggled before & kids from minority backgrounds.
