October is Filipino American History Month, marking the first recorded arrival of Filipinos to the U.S. in 1587. This month, we recognize the generations of Filipino Americans whose hard work, resilience, and contributions are woven into the fabric of our nation.
Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians & Pacific Islanders own over 3 million small businesses & employ 5 million people. The Republican shutdown blocks $170 million in SBA loans EVERY DAY. CAPAC members are fighting to reopen government & ensure small business funding is available.
Even Republicans are begging Speaker Johnson to end his vacation and bring his members back to DC. The American people know he has the power to reopen government. Get off the golf course and get back to work.
