You know how 4 hours sleep on Sunday night probably wasn't enough? I think 4 hours sleep last night wasn't, either.
~ Coincidence? Usually it takes days or weeks of pampering to get there. Though it's just a whole new set of problems...
Been taking an antiviral, have suddenly shifted back into hyper-mode (can't stay asleep, good amounts of energy, feeling wired all day). ~
@mazzlestar Indeed it is irritating! Dump the friends, get a dog, unconditional love... I've done 2 days on the 750 words now.
@mazzlestar Yeah, I know what you mean! Takes some severe training to change their attitudes. Or just dump them...

@mazzlestar Yes! I've had the strange 4am DOOM feeling - all hormones with not a negative thought to hang it on. Completely disconnected.
