They have been given a giant Fox’ Thinking Tool Challenge which will help them engage with and summarise some of the ETB research (3/6)
This morning I am at Slaley Hall with 40 NQT’s on an inset weekend looking at effective teacher behaviours (1/6)
It’s been a joy! They're bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and currently quietly reading some research on effective teacher behaviours (2/6)
Started planning our Alliance NQT weekend in January - 40 NQT's immersing themselves in developing Effective Teacher Behaviours. Can't wait!
