Here’s how I go about selling puts: 1. Identify an underlying I am bullish on 2. Check IVR (ideally over 30) 3. Select expiration cycle - Typically the monthly closest to 45 DTE, but if assignment is the goal weeklies may be used 4. Delta range = 16-20 Easy peasy
Just remember, one day your P/L swings will be the size of your account today Keep investing, trading and adding active income as much as possible
