There is a growing demand for magnet rare earths, such as the types we have discovered, and an upward forecast in pricing. A rare earth deposit offers Cobra shareholders exposure to multiple high value and high demand commodities in close spatial proximity. #COBR #rareearths

#OUB329 WK15 - This weeks learnings are helpfull during my role at work by giving me a better understanding of resistance leadership and how there are two sides of resistance and how there are many ways to act on resistance leadership.

#OUB329 WK15 - This week I have learned the faces of power and resistance and how these can interact with each other.

#OUB329 WK14 - This week it has been helpfull to learn how to identify, prioritize and catogorize a challange. This approach will help how I approach daily challanges i face at work.

#OUB329 WK14 - This week I have learned that most leaders face three types of challanges. Tame, wicked and critical. Through these challanages we must prioritize critical, continue to maintain completion of tame and carefuly select our wicked challanages.

#OUB329 WK11 - This week has made me think about how important conflict is and how an unchallenged leader is also an unsuccessful leader. We must be willing to discuss change and to question a leader, driving conflict to debate those changes to gain the best outcome for all.

#OUB329 WK11 - This week I have learned that not all conflict is bad, utilising conflict in the correct way can stimulate constructive debate and eventually lead to a better way of doing something.

#OUB329 WK10 -This weeks studies have encouraged me to go out and build relationships with not only those in my own team but also those outside of my team to help build influence which could benefit everyone.

#OUB329 WK10 -This week I have learned the importance of relationships between those who lead and those who follow, this relationship is vital to a leader maintaining and building a following.

#OUB329 WK9 - This week has helped me understand how important collaborative leadership can be for a business or organisation where it can ensure employees are talking, discussing and advising each other to produce the best possible solution to a given task.

#OUB329 WK9 - This week I have learned the 5 key skills to become a successful collaborative leader with my strengths being understand and listen to others prespectives and my weakness being driven to achieve a goal but keeping ego in check.

#OUB329 WK8 - The learnings this week have given me a better understanding of how we need to change our approach to how we deal with inclusiveness and diversity we need to talk about issues more as leaders and listen to our teams to ensure we are creating borderless leadership.

#OUB329 WK8 - This week I have learned about how important it is to bring people together as a leader and how this can grow your team and produce more effective results.

#OUB329 WK7 - The 3 step technique introduced by Karen Kane was interesting to watch, particularly how to re-centre myself when dealing with difficult situations. Using this technique has allowed me to take a step back, think, relax and respond with a clear stance.

#OUB329 WK7 - This week I have learned how you can adapt your identity to your role, meaning you are not stuck with a single identity. Also the difference between the three leadership identities, administrator, manager & leader and the traits of each.

#OUB329 WK5 - This week I have learned how to conduct a structured interview and basis to create a newsworthy blog post. These skills will be put to the test this week as I create my blog post for TMA01

#OUB329 WK5 - I feel this image convays my interview well, discussing the ever pursuit to automation and how it creates precarity for workers. The interview touched on many examples of where machines have reduced employment levels but also what can be done to minimise the impact.

#OUB329 WK4 - Inherently the oil industry has had a bad culture up until 1990, where safety/environment took a backseat. Thankfully after Lord Cullen's enquiry the culture has been changing (slowly), but changing a culture can be difficult. This week will help with this shift.
