you have permission to let go of guilt and shame, whether it's related to your chronic illness or something else. let go of what doesn't serve you and let yourself off the hook. you don't have to carry it if it's too heavy. 🧡🌿

even though it may feel like it sometimes, you don't have to prove your illness or your symptoms to anyone. you and what you experience physically are 100% valid, no matter what. 💗🥄
