Minimax M2 image and Web MCP works natively in Droid Factory and Claude Code but not in Cursor !

Pro tip for Cursor When Planning : I use wroktree for every implementation plan where each plan has executive summary that represents the whole picture. Then I skim the summaries, pick a front-runner, then borrow any missing gems from the others to close gaps.

Cursor Composer 1 is also slow

Seems like everyone is rushing to finish their credts for Opus 4.5 on Cursor.

Cursor is very slow at the moment

Opus 4.5 getting stucked at "Planning Next Move"

IDE: Cursor PLAN: Minimax M2 ( iterations because there are generous rate limits ) FRONTEND DEV : Composer 1 FRONTEND DEBUG: Opus 4.5

Composer 1 works great wth Cursor built-in browser!

updated the Cursor but then no previous chats are working or loaded. "[composer] No composer data handle found" @cursor_ai

Opus 4.5 makes me wake up early in the morning

Here is a tip for those using Cursor IDE: I am using Minimax M2 for detailed Planning over few iterations becuase you dont have fear of rate limitation + Token cost. once i have the final plan ready , then i proceed with Opus 4.5 implementing it.

Minimax M2 is very generuous but cant handle frontend works

Gemini 3 Pro for frotnend is great when detailed requirements are not available but Opus 4.5 is awesoem when you have all the requirements for the frontend work

Opus 4.5 tends to create a new file instead of updating/refactoring/debugging the existing one that is being requested ! very bad

Minimax M2 is performing better in code review and its resolution of the discovered issues than Opus 4.5
