Pair programming is one of those things that sounds great (and maybe it is great), but doesn't really work for me. Sorry...

Clojure. Learn it.

What are you using for writing and sharing design documents? Google docs? Github? Still feels that I'm missing the perfect tool for the job

Am I the only one that feels a bit awkward when someone sends a good bye message to All employees before leaving? Saying good bye to your team members or any group of people you work with on a daily\weekly basis isn't enough?

It is cool

Oh, almost forgot to mention. New pro tip: Hit '.' on any GitHub repo. 😍

🥳 Am excited to share that we have released github.dev: a completely in-browser @github+@code editing tool. You can even *run* @ProjectJupyter notebooks with the entire #Python data science stack, using the #Pyodide extension (marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName…)! cc @jakevdp

In my career I've dealt with maybe 3 significant type-safety related bugs. The rest were mostly "system" bugs: bad logic or changing local/remote state at the wrong time, which lessened since moving to #clojure.

If Uncle Bob says so...

50 years ago I programmed In assembler, it was great. 40 y/a I switched to C, it was great. 30 y/a I switched to C++, it was great. 20 y/a I switched to Java, it was great. 15 y/a I switched to Ruby, it was great. 10 y/a I switched to Clojure. I doubt I’ll switch again.
