⭐ NATIONAL RUNNER UP! ⭐ Adrianna Rodencal made a run at a national title in the 400-meter hurdles. She places second in a time of 59.28! Rodencal has produced 14 team points thanks to her All-America placements in the 100/400 hurdles.

We had a busy morning celebrating Riston Aschoff and Talan Heezen signing their LOI to run track at the college level. Riston is headed to Concordia University and Talan is headed to Dakota Wesleyan University. Congrats to you both!! We can’t wait to cheer for you!

🎽 | Abi Wohlgemuth is an automatic national qualifier in the weight throw. She places second at the Early Bird with a mark of 57' 2."
🎽 | Freshman Easton Fries has broken the @cunetfxc men's hurdles record in a time of 8.13! That time is a 'B' standard and put him in second place at the Early Bird.
🎽 | Easton Fries continued a fine first collegiate meet with a win in the 400 meters (51.33). In addition, Hannah Beintema was the Early Bird champion in the 1,000 meters (3:15.02).
🎽 | The Bulldog Early Bird Meet has concluded. The @cunetfxc men's 4x4 finished strong by winning in a time of 3:23.79. The group included Liam Fagan, Matthew Wing, Perry Chadwick and Easton Fries.
Crazy that both records fell. The men’s record was set a long time ago. To have freshman Easton Fries and junior Adrianna Rodencal come out the gates so strong at the first meet of the year is exciting to think about.
