Cross country is about culture. It’s a rough sport. You create your own success. We are developing a culture at Carrollton. As of today we have more than 2x as many girls signed up for XC Camp than attended last year, and over 40 girls are registered to join next season.

🚨 RELAY UPDATE 🚨 After ruling that both Team USA and Team Kenya were impeded during the rounds of the #WorldAthleticsChamps 4x400m qualifying, World Athletics rules that both teams will run a head-to-head re-race for a spot in the final.
I’m not here to be a Debbie downer. But this is sad. This weekends USAs had so many crazy races. And we get 6k people showing up. We need more venues than middle of nowhere OR, and better marketing/ideas. The athletes deserve it. They are putting on a show.
