Any light rail plan should have always started with the Airport. Imagine the conventions & events you could lure with a direct link to Uptown from the Airport.
What a mess. @CLTgov please redesign the Silver Line to go TO the airport. Traffic @CLTAirport is not going to get any better! It’s a big mistake as planned to run it a mile away. Light rail should be about ridership and not just development. charlotteobserver.com/news/business/…
