Pretty critical of my own time working at Twitter. Lot of mistakes. But then again never had to shut off all access to the office after announcing a mandatory return to the office.

It’s pretty simple: Google Meet (original) was previously Meet, which was the rebranded Hangouts Meet. Meet has been merged with Google Duo, which replaced Google Hangouts. Google Duo has been renamed Meet, and Meet has been temporarily named Google Meet (original), for clarity

So the big NYT article about California high speed rail is not actually saying anything new. It's the latest from a former LA Times reporter who spent the last 12 years writing based hit pieces about the project. I shut my blog down years ago. But it's time to debunk him again.
