Excelente! Los subsidios deberían ser excepcionales y solo para gente que está haciendo un esfuerzo o han sido víctimas de un desastre natural y por cierto tiempo. Además cualquiera que reciba un subsidio debe perder el privilegio de votar mientras reciba ese subsidio.
