A formal pact between them won’t happen, but they can be bolder about working together to evict the Conservatives
Other than Broxbourne and maybe Hertford & Stortford and Dowden’s seat in Hertsmere I couldn’t call any Tory seat in Hertfordshire ‘safe’ if the vote share remains low and anti-Tories line up tactically.
