Inspired by @janneesalmela I tried deficit deadlifts today with @jimmy.hoglund gonna program my Mondays with this exercise so I will finally up my volume to two deadlift sessions a week. My best sets today was 140kg/308 lbs for six reps. #powerliftingift.tt/36Qlx5D

Still lifting three times a week. Doing my own special variant of a super 8 program I found on the net. Basically it's a program which focuses on one of the big lifts each session for which u do a eight rep ladder up until u can't do eight reps and then … ift.tt/2FKF0ck

Heavy leg day last night, the main mover being squats at 4x5@110kg. Each set felt ok. Then we did some benching supersetted with legpress. And lastly machine chest flyes and lying leg curls. #gym #fitnessjourney #powerlifting #squats #legday bit.ly/2Gl7Xv1
