Constantly waiting for Rest Days

He: - KILLED a 13 year old who was on his bike - Left the scene - Had no insurance - Was doing 46mph in a 30 - Had twice come to Police attention for poor driving He will: - Serve a 4.5 MONTH sentence - Get only a 3 yr driving ban The system is broken. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan…

Most hardened criminals don’t resist, they play the game and if they know they’ve been caught, they plead guilt as they’ll get less of a sentence. The people that resist are the chavs from round the corner. Minor offences that they think they’re king of the county for.

@SuellaBraverman @Keir_Starmer Obviously having women police and the likes of these kids trying to arrest hardened criminals - you are not taking crime seriously. The only real job of a police officer is to arrest. Given most criminals resist - how are women going to do that?

Front counters!!!!

Front counters in town centers. Attending Community meetings / parish councils / community events.

That young PCDA Cop, bullied off Twitter. A lot of Police accounts to blame. Hate from the public is enough but hate from colleagues is what will actually hurt.

Hands up if you thought exactly the same 😂

It’s cliché but I always have thoughts of leaving. Then you have that one good job and it brings all the love back for a bit.

If you serve in the emergency services are you thinking about resigning?

This is such an odd take.

The money wasted by these councils lining the pockets of lawyers could have been spent on establishing funds to support residents facing the impact of ULEZ - like we’ve done in Richmond Upon Thames

Football is such a weird sport

This post is unavailable.

How can he go on TV and give this great explanation defending the Met, and then also refer an incident to the IOPC where he states himself there was no misconduct.

Since April Just Stop Oil carried out 515 slow walk marches leading to 271 arrests taking up 23,500 police officer shifts and costing 7.7 million pounds.   All of those officers and resource could have been better spent helping local communities in London.

Our thanks also go to Joseph Tipler - a member of the public who ran towards this attack, at great personal risk, kicking Budea away and undoubtedly saving this woman’s life.

Joseph Tipler. Hero.

A man who stabbed his ex-partner after her shift at Northampton General Hospital has been found guilty. This was a shocking incident which happened in the town centre and we are pleased to have secured justice for this woman: northants.police.uk/news/northants…

So are we saying we just stop investigating common assaults? No injuries, minor assaults. Costs the NHS nothing to fix. There’s no monetary value. Stop investigating it? Not worth the money.

The absolute state of serving MPs spreading misinformation. It. Is. Not. Just. The. Tories.

Tell me that handcuffing this woman is a proportionate response to a suspicion of an unpaid bus fare, a fare it was later proven she had paid. Another example of how black people disproportionately treated by the @metpoliceuk. Their explanation is unacceptable.

“For me it’s too risky” Honestly this thread is as pathetic as it is hilarious.

For me it’s too risky, being that I always say how bed they are

Don’t break the law then resist arrest

It’s more than a bit stressful for me

Weird to prove your own point moot in a single tweet and then say bizarre. Bizarre

People seem to be speculating- they did say they were searching for a missing person but I had to cut that bit out because they said her name and info that’s private, however, the guy looking me up and down and asking my name over and over then asking a nurse to ID me? Bizarre

This didn’t happen because… 13 years of Tory cuts. Don’t even have enough cars to respond to live jobs.

After having police cars outside my house non stop the past few weeks this was the last thing I needed.

That female needs to be introduced to Professor PAVA

“Charging standards would be ABH”

When you’re late turn DS and the custody skipper calls you to let you know the 6 DP’s coming in have been nicked for ABH and not GBH.
