After a short break, we are hearing from Brennan Woodruff, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at GoCharlie.AI, and Jennifer Kattula, General Manager of Global Marketing at Microsoft Advertising! Brennan and Jennifer shared how to best use AI for brand storytelling.
The third event featured Daisy Jones, Meta's Agency Solutions Manager, and Sarah Stringer, Dentsu's EVP Head of Innovation. The main focus of this interview was to get more insight on the efficiency of chatbots in customer service on messaging platforms!
Next, we heard from Upwork CEO Melissa Waters and Plus Company Global Chief Data & Analytics Officer Michael Cohen on how AI will improve the efficiency of copywriting. The industry mentality has shifted from fear to embracing the tools that are offered through AI.
