Day 32 in the books! Fat Burner 2.0 still kicking my butt! Getting stronger each day and down 42.6 lbs since August! Often find myself telling @RealDDP to shut the F#$! up and start counting though! :-) #PositivelyUnstoppable #NoExcuses #NoDaysOff #BANG!
In 64 days, I am down 33.6lbs. Misleading though as I have added some muscle mass since starting this! I quit for 6 weeks this summer, logging food, intermittent fasting, DDPY, everything! Whish I had not. OH WELL! NO STOPPING NOW! #NoExcuses, #NoDaysOFF, #BeUnstoppable, #BANG!!!
Feel like I got over a hump in terms of my attitude! Did my @DDPYoga workout today fully engaged and burned more calories in Energy 2.0 than I usually do! #NoExcuses #BANG !!!
Day 19 in the books, much better attitude today. Completed Fat Burner 2.0 without being whiney about it! I tell you what Fat Burner 2.0 is a big ol kick in my complacency. I was starting to think that Energy 2.0 isn't so hard, I can easily handle Fat Burner 2.0. LOL! Got it done!
Almost didn't make it today, was unmotivated and convinced myself to take a rest day from @DDPYoga. Right before my dinner break at work, I hopped onto FB and was motivated to get my workout in and #CrushedIt!!! Engaged the entire time!! #NoExcuses #NoQuitting @BANG
Day 24 has me feeling somewhat defeated, did not want to @DDPYoga today, pulled myself together and did Energy 2.0 anyway but as you can see i wasnt engaging like I should. Guess my body is telling me to take it a little easy today. #NOQUITTING #NOEXCUSES #BANG

After 18 straight days of #DDPY workouts of around 26 minutes, I decided to do a 60 minute facebook live workout. My muscles are screaming at me right now but I am ignoring them. They will bend to my will one way or another! #unstoppable #bang!
