An extra special shout out to Mr Jackson @rjackso53124817 for planning, booking, co-ordinating and leading the @thePA_CT Y6 residential 2023. It’s been a huge task but a very successful one. Well done Mr J! Thank you to all the staff for supporting this weekend.

Not a fan of rigid behaviour policies I think context always counts and some children because of past exp need more support to regulate emotions than others - they have a need others don’t - fairness is about making adjustments not treating everyone the same
