I cannot believe what a total disaster @Parcel2Go service is. My daughter sent 7 packages with their 48h service: 2 returned to origin, 4 arrived a month later, 1 was supposedly damaged and they decided to destroy it with no previous communication with her. Utterly unbelievable!

Nowhere near my address as meant to be coming to Australia yet has been 3 days. Saying delivered then in transit again? How is that possible?!?
Unfortunately, I decided to hire the service of this company to send a parcel to Spain last summer, they lost it, somehow. I claim was made, which they approved, after such a long time I am still waiting for that claim to be done. I do want my money back.

they ignored everything i said and told me it’s my fault when all i asked was for them to dispute it bc only the sender can dispute the delivery with @Parcel2Go i sent them a long reply if they give me another half hearted response im getting everyone ik to leave a bad review
fucking hermes and their fucking couriers never knocking on my door and leaving my parcels outside for my dad to find when he leaves for work,,my eid outfit’s been robbed I’m in tears right now xoxoxkzozizndjs :D
@MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis could you please investigate @Hermesparcels as they are stealing thousands of parcels, and also according to a live chat, @Parcel2Go are a subsidiary and are also doing the same thing. There is no proper way of contacting either for information
