@ParkgateHotel attempted to book spa day yesterday and there was a problem with the booking system so booking wasn’t confirmed-bank today has however had £188 taken out, I’ve tried ringing your hotel but nobody available. Can this be rectified please?!

If only more students had received more support during the pandemic then they’d have achieved their potential too! Sadly only the high achieving students were afforded this! Some were left with not even a phone call to check on them!
