So usually don't do this but @BestBuy you need better customer support. Ordered a birthday gift for someone online with an expected delivery date of 3 days. There was a delay which is fine but now you won't let me cancel the order and pickup in-store instead. What the hell?!
I contacted @Chewy last week to see if I could return an unopened bag of my dog’s food after he died. They 1) gave me a full refund, 2) told me to donate the food to the shelter, and 3) had flowers delivered today with the gift note signed by the person I talked to?? 😭🥹

@FedorovMykhailo we’re trying to help al Ukrainian refugees get food, shelter, medical assistance and transportation. But we can inly do that if your border officers allow them to exit Ukraine. Instead, 200-300€/person is asked as bribe by officers to let their own people pass.
