I'll be the first to say that #ITIL is a 4 lttr word in my book . . . but you can't automate processes that aren't defined. No Governance, No Controls, No Documentation = No Automation #DevOps


Thank you @FrontierCorp for reaching out. I am humble enough to say that the issues WERE on my end. W/o Tier 3 Support bringing the appropriate tools, I never could have gotten there. Now to figure out how to upload 1.7+GB across a 4.79MB upstream w/o killing my bandwidth.

I've had @FrontierCorp service since Nov '21. Initial install was not correct (I was also billed incorrectly and was refused any credits) numerous calls to tech support and no resolution and today's service looks like this:
