There have been so many questionable behaviors in crypto that started to become acceptable b/c “everyone” did it. We needed this to shake those norms out of the business. With distractions of quick money out the way, we can get back to building real solutions.
What’s becoming increasingly clear is that those who had no hand in any of the recent shenanigans are easily able to prove it. Not just on the blockchain but in their statements and responses.
Bought $Tm at $20m MC with a view it represents the antithesis of current trench culture (<5m hold time). Made quick gains, took capital out, then bought back (mistake). Sold for a net loss of $700. NB lesson, get capital out, and leave it out.
High % Dev + Insiders used to be a bad thing, but it's actually a way to prove your integrity and ethics. I think more projects will start to think of it this way, and trenchers will see pick up on this quickly. Meme's starting to reflect real life.

Time will tell if the Deepseek model is legit, but the idea that China's MO is to copy America tech is ill-informed, case in point. X, What'sapp, Meta are all copying trends born out of China. Super app? China. Live stream shopping? China. Hardcore online gaming? China.
