Does anyone know why NHS Scotland is the only UK region not to offer the car salary sacrifice? Coupled with the increased tax here it means you get to drive a car for free if you work anywhere else in the UK!!
I'm a year 11 consultant in Scotland. I decided to look how much 2 salaries would have to earn to have the same cumulative net pay as me... I'm shocked to have found out it's £39k You are financially better of with 2 people bringing in £39k each than one consultant salary!!
