Whilst in hospital last March @Dranjaliphysio2 contacted me and asked if her Vit D and Vit B12 had been checked. She said she had treated many children with a similar gait & symptoms. My daughter did have low Vit D & B12 deficiency (malabsorption due to SIBO)

I have seen this phenomenon with lots of physicians who encounter children with PANDAS/PANS. They hold firm to their beliefs that an infection cannot trigger a secondary immune-mediated sequelae in the brain leading to neuropsychiatric manifestations! #PANDAS #PANS
