Recurrent UAG test? Good luck with PRI/CATS test registration. Phones are busy, web site is not mobile-friendly, no https security, and the UAG Recurrent exam isn’t listed on the web site.

If you need to register your drone and the web site does not end in .GOV, you are NOT in the right place. Do NOT use Google. Go directly to RegisterMyUAV.FAA.GOV.
Don’t need any extra local laws. Night flight is prohibited at the Federal level, along with existing state or local privacy laws that local LEO can apply. Beyond that, there’s something not quite right about that video.
I have watched this video several times and do not believe this is a drone. It does not tilt or yaw at all in flight, and where you would expect a frame or fuselage you can see right through to the background trees. Twitter, what do you think? kmov.com/story/38893394…
