🚨NEW: MikeSeligEsq’s nomination passed out of committee in a 12-11 vote. Now it has to pass the full Senate. No word yet on when that vote will be scheduled.
The SenateAg will vote this afternoon to advance the nomination of MikeSeligEsq for CFTC Chair. If it passes, it will move to the full Senate for a final vote.

Wowza. $XRPC surpassed $BSOL to become the biggest ETF launch of the year. TBH tho, with the $XRP Army behind it, is anyone really surprised? 😅
Congrats to $XRPC for $58m in Day One volume, the most of any ETF launched this year (out of 900), BARELY edging out $BSOL's $57m. The two of them are in league of own tho as 3rd place is over $20m away.

Okay. 2.5 hours left in trading day and @CanaryFunds's $XRPC is already over $46 mln in day one trading. This is almost guaranteed to be near the top of the list for 2025 launches and still has a shot at beating $BSOL for the top spot.

The @REXShares $XRPR ETF came first under the Investment Company (‘40) Act with *partial* spot $XRP exposure and less efficient tax treatment. But @CanaryFunds is set to launch the first pure-play 33 Act $XRP ETF with 100% XRP, nothing else.
🚨NEW: Moving right along. With the government expected to be open again next week, the @SenateAg Committee has scheduled a nomination hearing next Wednesday for @MikeSeligEsq to lead the @CFTC.
🚨NEW: @CanaryFunds has filed its Form 8-A. This is the final step before it goes effective at 5:30 PM ET Wednesday once the Nasdaq certifies the listing. When that happens, the last hurdle is cleared and the first $XRP spot ETF will be set to launch Thursday at market open.
