Started T25 today and couldn't be more excited. Great workout plan and perfect amount of time. Goal is another marathon this year #t25
Find a way to release your stress. I don't care what it is - run, workout, read, whatever. Just don't take it out on other people...
Most people are in your life for a reason. Don't forget your true friends. Don't reach out to them just when you want/need something.
Sleep and water is by far, the most under rated things you can do for your health. The more the merrier in my book. #drinkup
10 hours if sleep - wow. First time that has happened in over a year. Nothing beats sleeping in.
Not sure if there is anything better than drowning out the world with your favorite music. Earbuds are my friends...
Running on ice/ snow could is bad enough. Add in -5 degree temps and it's time for the treadmill. #runnerprobs
In training mode for spring races. Excited to mix in spinning soon and some swimming too. Looking forward to a solid 2014.
Excited for a big 2014. Signed up for 4 half marathons, 1st triathlon and 1st marathon. Can't wait I can get outside to train! #lovelife
So sore from arm, core day. Going to have to make that part of my weekly routine. Running is amazing, but need to mix things up!! #fitfam
Great way to start the new year. 2.5 hours at the gym today! Great run, good core work and solid swim. Fitness goals are looking good!
So down 35lbs in 2013. Goals for next year. Lose 10-15 more. Finish a marathon and clean up the things that are bringing me down. #fitfam

Finally getting over my back pain. Sucks not being able to run lately. Looking forward to hitting the road in 2 days!!
