“I think they need to back away from this one.” The Trudeau government has sent notices to nearly 4200 fishermen across Canada demanding repayment of COVID relief money rushed out the door in 2020. Many have now been deemed ineligible. cbc.ca/news/canada/no…

Most of our owner operators work from Small Craft Harbours managed by Harbour Authorities. This financial support for infrastructure is important for all coastal communities who contribute to the #BlueEcomony #Budget2021
🇨🇦’s seafood sector brings in over $6 billion per year. 90% of that product comes through small craft harbours. #Budget2021 invests $300 million to upgrade & build better SC harbours. More jobs in our coastal communities ➡️ a stronger #BlueEconomy for Canada.
