Imposter syndrome is often an issue with perspective. The majority of people suffering from it really are in the right place, but are just having a tough time seeing that.

Tips for project planning: - Nail down your final vision before starting - Identify the biggest priorities - Think about where your ADHD is likely to trip you up - Estimate how much time each component should take - Set a limit for the number of hours you can spend on it


In the search for stimulation, it’s easy for ADHD brains to overwhelm themselves.


One tip for dealing with stress: Identify what is stressing you out. Get everything you're stressed about out on paper or in an app so you can start to prioritize and tackle issues. This alone can help, especially when you're stressed but aren't clear on why.


Your work to improve your daily focus starts yesterday. Last night to be exact. The human brain has trouble focusing when it doesn’t get enough sleep. And folks with #ADHD tend to have more sleep problems than people without it.
