For #Fossilfriday this week I thought I would share some of my #Londonclay crab collection. Most of them come from the #IsleofSheppey and are #Eocene (#YPresian) in age.
Tomorrow is a big day for me, the MRI I have been waiting for to determine how bad my heart condition is and that could change my life forever. Feeling a little nervous, made more nervous because it is the first day of the rail strikes and I'm worried about getting there in time!
So after being diagnosed with heart failure within the last month, I've not been able to do very much in the way of fossil hunting, today I decided to take my 5yo son to Betteshanger country park in Kent, UK, for their Dino expedition event. He absolutely loved it! So did I 😁

For #fossilfriday this week here are a selection of #londonclay #fishfossils from the #IsleofSheppey UK.
Today's fossil pictures are from a partial crocodile skeleton found in the London clay of the Isle of Sheppey. These pieces were found along with a number of partial vertebra, limb bones, and lots of smaller pieces of bone. I am hopeful that more of the skull is still to wash out
