DOON TAYO SA FACTS Discaya started amassing big profits in DPWH in 2012 during Aquino govt. While Discaya was suspended in 2015, it was only suspension. Duterte had in fact PROBED ghost projects and BLACKLISTED Discaya in 2020. It was Marcos Jr govt that RENEWED Discaya in 2023.

There's propaganda going around trying to attribute corruption to Duterte when Discaya said their flood control project started in 2016. But then they went completely deaf when Discaya attested they STARTED earning BIG in DPWH in 2012: under Aquino govt. Sila nagpasok sa Discaya.
