I miss this class so much but remembered to snap these before I left the building. They did amazing with these inventor bios. Hopefully we’ll be able to finish the bracket virtually 😍.

These first graders blew me out of the water with their Country presentations to conclude our around the world unit!

Final results of our most influential people debates are in! The third graders worked so hard to gather people who have made an influence on our world, and created these lists through friendly debates!

My students are loving this questioning game. I write a noun above their head, and they can ask the class yes or no questions to figure out who or what they are. It is fun to watch them develop questions, and the class gets really excited when they get close.

Watching some heated debates today in 3rd grade to decided who we think have been the most influential people of all times. Some people debated today included... Henry Ford, Alexander Hamilton, Harriet Tubman, and Neil Armstrong to name a few. Final top 25 list to be posted soon.

I asked my students, “If Martin Luther King Jr. were still alive today what would he say we should still be fighting for?” They had amazing ideas, and they are the future! This is why we need to teach our students to take risks, learn from mistakes, and solve problem!
