Some of the best leaders in education are not in admin but in the classroom. Just because a teacher doesn’t want to move into admin doesn’t mean they aren’t highly qualified leaders with expertise and experience that can benefit the school and district.

Played my version of Secret Hitler today in World Studies. I added actual Liberal and Fascist policies from pre-WWII Germany. I have to change my plans for tomorrow because both classes wanted to play again, which is a compliment.
Anytime you can get kids, especially teenagers, to emotionally buy into something happening in the classroom, that’s an absolute win. Here’s my 2nd period kids playing my version of Quizlet Live in class today. What a fun 15 minutes this morning.
