It’s good to see the results of hard work. 2021 may be the year I hit 200lbs.
The start of my journey at 164 pounds in June of 2020. I was so tired of being this size that I got a trainer to teach me the basics till I knew my way around the gym. At least till I didn’t look like a fool.
