I don’t care what Trump’s margins were. Across-the-board tariffs are still an economically ruinous idea that will worsen inflation. They need to be opposed on every front in favor of targeted sanctions against our enemies and trade agreements with our allies.

I lead a republicans for Harris group in AZ. I am often asked when I knew I wouldn’t vote for Trump. The answer is I never voted for him. In 2016 I learned we should never trust a leader who wants to divide us. Thanks @EvanMcMullin for teaching me that. Reflecting on that today.

Not a Republican anymore but I was for 20 years. When I saw Trump mock the disabled, brag about raping women, laugh at POWs, and go full racist on immigrants while the party cheered him on, I was out.
