I find this mesmerizing to watch, and fascinating to think that trees "behave" in a way that protects themselves and others of the forest.
Social distancing lessons from trees... Crown shyness is a phenomenon in which the crowns of trees do not touch each other, forming a canopy with channel-like gaps in order to protect themselves and others.
So thankful for this creativity!
